Cold Trip to the Zoo...

Our big plans for the day were to go to the UGA Basketball Game in Athens.  Since the game didn't start until 7pm, we decided to stop at the Zoo to wear them out in the hopes that they would take a nap on the way to see the "Hoop Dawgs" play.  (This worked for Cayden but Colton never fell asleep.)

There is always a different animal that stands out with all our various zoo trips.  Today the lions were playing and play fighting and very fun to watch.  I didn't get a picture of the fun but of them resting after all the running around.  (Normally the lions are fast asleep so this was a treat for us.)

The boys with Mei Lan.  We have been watching her online and have made many visits to the Zoo since she was born.  She will be going to China in the Spring which is sad for us but it's awesome that Atlanta has been successful in adding two more Pandas to this world.

Maybe my grandchildren will get to see Pandas after all.
