Alice in Wonderland Tea...

Colton's Enrichment class worked on Alice In Wonderland the entire school year.   There are a lot of symbolism's and crazy math and poetry and background on Lewis Carroll  - the author  - that they presented to the parents.  Colton's station was "Stuttering" since Lewis Carroll stuttered.   The parents had to go and participate in all the stations.  We were making poems, writing syllogisms, learning math in base 7 (don't ask), doublets, riddles, dancing the lobster quadrille, Cheshire Cat mirror, taking tea with Alice etc.  Mom went with me and we nervously laughed our way through it.  Our brains hurt afterwards because it was so hard.  Grams totally threw in the towel on the Math in base 7 and made me do it alone.  I was fine as long as the 4th grader walked me through the steps.  haha.  Very eye opening!
